TEKTON Consultants has many years of experience generating and reviewing design packages for Civil, Structural and Architectural designs.  We hold architectural licenses in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas.

Our design focus has been on problem-solving, planning and security for highly complex, technical projects.  These projects have included clients in high-tech, bio-tech, government labs, datacenters, cleanroom factory layout/industrial engineering, tool install, warehouses, photovoltaic manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, and commercial buildings.

Plan Check Review

Many government planning and engineering departments require CPTED review, as well as the traditional discipline review, of development plan sets.  We are qualified and highly experienced in CPTED and Architectural review of development plans.  We can work with your AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) to supplement their staff and provide in-house or third-party reviews.

Site Analysis

We can study your prospective site to see if it meets your business requirements and goals.  Our team of consultants can compare and contrast available programs, ranking among multiple available jurisdictions to generate options best suited to your endeavors.  In addition to business factors, we can provide traditional Architecture, Construction Management and Civil analysis to help situate the building’s footprint at the most advantageous location onsite.

Programming / Schematic Planning

This service is often described as the “problem-seeking” phase.  It is at this stage that questionnaires are circulated, interviews are held and objective/subjective goals are explored in order to determine what it is you are trying to develop.  We really enjoy this part of the process where the inception of great ideas are brought to bear on formalized plans.

Design Production

TEKTON partners with experienced firms geared toward the production of working drawings for projects large and small.  We have many years of experience in the successful shepherding of multi-discipline architecture and engineering firms through the drawing and specification production process.

Services During Construction

Once drawings are completed and the AHJ issues a permit for construction, many property owners/managers choose to retain TEKTON as their “eyes and ears” to ensure what is built is what was planned for in the specifications and drawings.  We have decades of experience in providing this service and delight in the relationships generated through repeat business.
